[RTTY] Question about Super Check Partial files

If I was doing something like this as a volunteer service, I sure 
would not want to leave any possibility that somebody might go nuts a 
year from now and demand that I remove "their" data from the 
compilation! What a nightmare. If I owned it, nobody can make 
problems later. So it is probably just a CYA measure.

We should all be grateful that some guys are willing to step up and 
help with projects like this. I know I am.
