[RTTY] EA RTTY Contest - Log rejected

I submitted my EA RTTY log at the end of the contest and it immediately
bounced back that the address wasn't valid. I then resubmitted it a couple
hours later and it didn't immediately bounce back. This morning, I had an
email that my log was rejected because one of the QSO lines has VI as the
exchange and the email says VI is not valid. I checked the MMTTY log that
was captured and it shows the station sent VI and even the EA RTTY contest
rules at http://www.ure.es/contest/430-ea-rtty-contest.html lists VI as a
valid Province.

Anyone else get the same reject message when submitting their log? I emailed
the address listed in the email but figured I'd ask here too.
