Hi Steve,

we want to keep this contest as much "ANARTS" as possible.
That's why the original contest exchange is used. The BARTG Spring
RTTY also uses 4-figure UTC - how is WIN-TEST handling that?

If you still have a copy of Writelog or RCKLOG just use that
selecting ANARTS as contest.
