I have not tried this unit, but it looks interesting:

It has a stereo line input that should support RTTY SO2R.

It has a separate mic input for an electret mic for SSB for use 
with logging programs.

It has a mic boost switch that should also allow use of a dynamic 
mic on SSB, such as Heil.

If you don't like it, Newegg has a pretty good refund policy.
