In his message copied below,, Phil said "Come on Bill, do the decent
thing!". Its not only the 'decent thing' to do, it is the 'RIGHT' thing to
do. Joe adds a lot more than he takes detracts from this reflector.

Hi all,

The RTTY reflector is a place for us to discuss RTTY, and RTTY related
issues, whatever they may be.
It is NOT a forum for abuse from anyone, least of all the moderator.
I was not going to join in the argument, but it would appear that the whole
RTTY reflector is likely to crumble if this carries on, and I - like many
others - do not want this to happen.
What are we? Budding SSB users???

Whether the moderator has issues with one or more individuals is of no
concern to the vast majority of users.
I am sure I have disagreements on certain issues with several here, but I do
not air them here, and nor do I expect others to air their personal
disagreements here.

Bill, I think it is only right that you re-instate Joe, regardless of your
own views.
To be fair, Joe is not the only person with forthright views here, and every
now and again, someone gets hold of a bone and gnaws at it till the next
time, but those folk don't get unsubscribed. Think of all the issues
regarding SO2R etc.

So, PLEASE do the decent thing and resinstate Joe. We really cannot let
personal issues cloud an otherwise helpful arena.

I think it has already been suggested that if you really cannot bring
yourself to reinstate Joe, then you really ought to move over and let
someone else take the reins.

Come on Bill, do the decent thing!
