According to Bernie, W3UR, the Laotian government has issued a ham call without any numbers in it - XWPA. Supposedly it is good for all ham bands and modes for one year. He'll be running 250 watts. Bernie didn't mention RTTY specifically, but we can hope. FYI. 73, Bill W6WRT
