[RTTY] Certificate of CQWW 2009 RTTY Contest

Dear OM's,

According  to the results of CQWW RTTY 2009 Contest I should received the certificate as a winner in SOAB LOW category in SLOVAKIA (I used OM/SQ9UM callsign) and 3rd place in EUROPE.
Till now I have not received the certificate.

I have sent several e-mails to the Ed W0YK Contest Director but no response.

Any suggestions how to get it or with whom to contact in this case?
