[RTTY] DXP38 program stops responding

I sometimes run HAL's DXPWin 3.0 program with my DXP38 as a secondary
decoder to DXLab's WinWarbler with the MMTTY engine.

I'm running Windows 7/64 Professional edition.   The DXP38 is connected to a
serial port on a PCIe slot in the computer.  

The HAL program frequently stops responding.  Has anyone else observed this?

Years ago, I used XPWare with a HAL P38, but it doesn't run on Windows 7 as
far as I know.
