Hello Hisaami, it is good to know that Japanese stations can operate RTTY 
7100-7125 kHz.  Hope to see you there.

Yes, by all means, let others know about working RTTY above 7100 kHz.

It's a good idea.

We also have the same segment for RTTY as "NB All Modes" and it actually 
uses for domestics Digital QSOs.
