[RTTY] Sound card for RTTY/MMTTY

Windows 7 has a mic. boost under recording devices, properties then select
Levels. There you can vary the Db of Mic. Boost separate from the Mic.
Level, this offers more control than XP which only had the option for the
Mic Boost On or Off.
