[RTTY] Strange XE Contest exchanges

Turns out the QTR was a valid exchange from a XE station. I had 
hand-edited it to 154 in the log, which I must now un-edit. I hate 
these damn senior moments!

Still strange that he put hyphens in there, thus requiring more 
shifts and time to tx.
