[RTTY] Canadians receiving QST magazine

Sorry this is off topic.  Any Canadian hams out there who get QST magazine?  

 

Have you received your Feb 2010 issue?  

 

Mine never arrived and the ARRL circulation dept is talking in circles rather than replacing my issue.
