[RTTY] Multi function mice

If I couldn't click on calls and exchanges, I probably wouldn't be 
doing much RTTY contesting. Didn't start it until it was possible.

With n1mm you can set it up to highlight the calls (and it will, 
almost every time) so all you do is punch your insert key to transfer 
it to the entry window and position the cursor in the exchange field. 
Maybe you haven't set this up yet.
