Actually those doc's are outdated and have been changed drastically after I
made upgrades. I will try to get that section updated as soon as I can but
need to finish some other changes I am working on done first...

It appears that the installer for DXPWIN is a 16-bit binary, and will
not run on 64-bit Windows, per:

I think it should be possible to get the DXP38 working with N1MM
Logger without DXPWIN, though. N2AMG recently did quite a bit of work
in that area.
