[RTTY] UK DX RTTY Contest ins 2010?

Thanks to Ron, K0IDT, for pointing out that the link on rttycontesting.com brings up the 2010 rules.  I checked it yesterday and it
was still showing 2009 rules.  Looks like it's on...
