[RTTY] message speed calculation

A good estimate is the number of characters x 0.165 seconds. 
Each number/punctuation/space counts as TWO characters (this 
gives an approximate correction for unshift on space). 

If your software uses two stop bits instead of 1.5 stop bits, 
use 0.176 seconds.
