The drivers have always been available here:

This latest driver is automatically downloaded from the internet through
windows in a new installation (first time).
So installing the driver separately on a new installation is not necessary
if the computer is connected to the internet. I have had two of these for
several years. I just installed them again on two new computers 4 months
ago. This driver version was installed automatically, I just checked. They
have always worked perfectly for what I use them for. As far as updating
drivers go for a older installation, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Subject: [RTTY] Edgeport 8 port usb to serial drivers
In case anybody wishes to buy one of those 8 port usb to serial, I have the
drivers.
I bought one a long time ago, found the drivers on the site and tried it.
The drivers installed and created the 8 serial ports on my Windows XP pro
with latest Service Packs.
I have uploaded to my site if you wish to save time searching and download.

you have to add a underscore between the 7 and the G.
for some reason the copy/paste doesn't show it correctly
the file name should be 40002537_G.zip
good luck, I have no idea if they work with any other Windows versions
