[RTTY] Help, just a tad off topic

Well, to my chagrin, I actually found out what's going on.
My WIN7 is WIN7 'starter' and all the file sharing, networking,
and print sharing is DISABLED in this version.
So, I can't do anything because my machine is NOT capable of
upgrade and the ability to 'direct connect' or 'sharing' is
limited only to HOMEGROUPS. (eg. higher end WIN7 machines) I
can JOIN one, but I can't create one!
Currently I'm throwing up over the waste (won't take it back)
and vow to only log on paper, eh?
Thanks to all -- especially Bill Gates, and the 'one-way'
starter ware!
