[RTTY] Icom IC-7600 200 Hz Filter on RTTY

I used the standard "Fluttered Signals FIR" profile that comes with MMTTY.  It has a "TAP" of 56 and "FW" of 100, whatever that
means.  I use the FIR profile because I prefer using straight vertical and horizontal bars in the XY tuning as compared to the
ellipses.
