[RTTY] MMTTY and EXTFSK at 75 baud...

That's not the case.  Just double checked here and microKEYER,
microKEYER II, and DigiKeyer work correctly at 75 baud with MMTTY.

I have not checked them with the MMTTY plug-in specifically under
WriteLog but will do so later today.
