[RTTY] 75 Baud

The Ukrainian DX Contest (1st full weekend of November) modes are CW and SSB
only, no RTTY mode any more since 2007.

The Ukrainian DX DIGI Contest (held on the 4th full weekend of June, 26/27
June 2010)  modes are RTTY 75bd and PSK63 only, 
RTTY 75bd  2-nd year at that.

DigiFest Contest (1-th full weekend in June) is sponsored by Kyiv Contest
Group, modes are:
    RTTY75 (75 baud)
    BPSK 63
    MFSK 16
    HELLSCHREIBER
    OLIVIA (250 Hz, 4 tones)
RTTY 75bd  4-th year at that.

The last time I took part it was in November at 45 Baud.

Is it a new contest or a change in rules? Either way it's welcome.
