[RTTY] DX-DL RTTY WriteLog Setup File

The DLDX module by DL1EFD may not load correctly if you are using WriteLog version 10.77 or later.  Mine won't load.  I'm working
with Carsten to figure it out.

Wayne put out a message on 6/15/10 regarding changes to the way modules are installed.
