[RTTY] Why are VP5, C6 and EI difficult to work on RTTY?

Hi Fred

EL Liberia is rare on any mode - with the exception of EL2DX who operated
mostly CW and more recently EL8RI who operated ONLY CW, there has not been a
great deal of operation from Liberia at all. The 5L2MS operation in 2007 did
operate some RTTY though.

Certainly a much rarer entity than VP5 and C6 though...
