[RTTY] MMTTY Control panel and DX4WIN

I've been using MMTTY with WriteLog and have the MMTTY control panel
StayOnTop with no problems. I've been trying to figure out how to get that
control panel to StayOnTop when I run MMTTY within DX4WIN.

I searched the web and found that others, years ago, had the same question
but I never found an answer. Has anyone found out how to make the MMTTY RTTY
Control panel stay on top while running it within DX4WIN?
