For DXCC go to the Awards page, select the DXCC tab and the directions 
are on the right side of the page. You use the Modify Account tab.

I guess I should have kept my 4 call, but W3NR was my Elmer and when his 
call became available I applied for it. He was a true Ham and a prolific 
CW op.
