[RTTY] another reason Don deserves credit

Don and I were amount the first LoTW volunteers.
Don's promotion of LoTW amoung RTTY contesters resulted in RTTY users being 
the most likely to upload their logs.

I bet there aren't many RTTY users who don't have a LoTW qsl from Don....
