[RTTY] 200 hz filter on RTTY

I am using Frederick model 1632
a commercial / military  hardware TU 
designed in 60's  by Irvin M. HOFF W6FFC

Mark only or Space only modes are selectable from the front panel
and it works perfectly well

It is a real efficent solution when one of two frequency is hightly QRM
