        Added/changed Callsigns/prefixes:

  * All BY1 prefixes (including B1Z) are China, BY
  * Ceuta and Melilla, EA9 is one hour ahead of GMT, not two hours
  * GB2AD is Northern Ireland, GI
  * GB0KLT is Scotland, GM
  * HK0GU/1 is Colombia, HK
  * KC4 is no longer the default prefix for Antarctica in the N3FJP
    country files
  * UA3K (etc.) is the same as UA3O in cty_rus.dat (WriteLog) and
    cty_wt_mod.dat (Win-Test)
  * ZL50GH and ZL50VK are both New Zealand, ZL
