[RTTY] CTY-2008 Country Files - 24 October 2010

Been trying to download and install the October 24, 2010, CTY file
using the "ReadCTY V10" using the "Download wl_cty.dat...". A
successful download is accomplished according to the message
displayed. "Convert wl_cty.dat" is then run and the install is
completed. However, the correct Version identifier is not displayed
when VER20101024 is typed in the Writelog call entry field. Keep
getting "Canada" as the country instead of "Eastern Kiribati, T32".
Version 10.79D is the WL version.

The WL_CTY.dat file for 24 October 2010 has been installed in several
places and the WL_CTY.dat when converted still shows "Canada" as the
country for VER20101024.

Any ideas on what is the problem of not being able to get the correct
version installed?
