[RTTY] haven't heard 15 this good in long time

Last night I listened to a JA pileup working an FM5 on about 14.084 roughly 
around 2130z & the JA's were the strongest I can remember for a long time in 
RI. They were a strong S9 for over 1/2 hour & I hope it holds up for the 
weekend also.
