[RTTY] INRAD filter question

This indicates you are probably using AFSK in USB.  The narrow filters
are aligned for RTTY (FSK) mode which is in LSB using "high tones" -
2125 Hz Mark, 2295 Hz Space (TS-450/690 Instruction Manual, pg. 35).
You may be able to use the narrow filters with AFSK if you use the
2125/2295 Hz tone pair in LSB but I don't have access to a TS-450 to
confirm that.
