[RTTY] QST: LoTW Down

On Monday evening,  27-Sep-2010 I tried to upload the log from the
CQ-WW-RTTY 
contest to the LoTW and the robot was not happy with my log.tq8 file. I then
tried a 
single QSO and the server came back with:

2010-09-28 02:53:02 LOTW_QSO: Processing file: ST2AR.tq8.unzipped
2010-09-28 02:53:02 LOTW_QSO: Error in record 1: tCERT error: CA certificate
list: OpenSSL error: error:0906D066:PEM routines:PEM_read_bio:bad end line
2010-09-28 02:53:02 LOTW_QSO: Record 1 ignored due to errors
2010-09-28 02:53:02 LOTW_QSO: Error in record 2: tSTATION CERT_UID (1)
doesn't match any tCERT CERT_UID

I checked my tcert.app and it said my certificate had expired so I obtained
a fresh 
one from the LoTW web page and receive the same error again.

Tuesday AM, I  contacted ARRL and there is a system problem.  The bottom
line is 
hold off trying to upload to LoTW until HQ has time to check things out.
