Hi all,

Having sent my log in earlier, and not getting a response, I tried
submitting it again after seeing several folk say they did get a return
email.

I sent it again, and this time, I got an automated response, so I am now
happy that my log is in the system.

So, if you sent, but did NOT get a reply, try sending again.
