[RTTY] What's the reason for the "R" prefix?

Thanks, David.  Thought it might have something to do with the Royal
Wedding, but wasn't 100% positive.  Too bad the wedding wasn't held on a
date to allow the eleven day prefix privilege to overlap a WPX contest:>)
