[RTTY] Digital DXCC or ARRL Board of Directors, respectfully: have my strong disagreement

I would leave RTTY as it is and grouped all others digital modes into
"DIGITAL".

WE have here: (and will die with them):

CW,

PHONE,

RTTY,

DIGITAL.
