The order of the exchange elements only matters in the Cabrillo log file
that you submit. The contest logging software should create the properly
formatted Cabrillo format and you can check it with a text editor and
compare to the CQ WW RTTY Cabrillo information at
http://www.cqwwrtty.com/logs.htm.
The order of exchange elements sent and/or logged can be different as long
as the submitted Cabrillo file meets the spec above, i.e., RST Zone QTH. If
you have a choice, however, it is recommended to send in this order (RST
Zone QTH) so as to minimize confusion. Even if the logging program Entry
Window uses a different order, it will recognize Zone from QTH and put each
in the proper place. And, the logging program will create a proper Cabrillo
file regardless of the order it uses in its Entry Window.
