[RTTY] Looks like I won't get RTTY DXCC afterall

Well I think this was not the best decision on the ligue's part. It's too bad but in my mind it will always remain 'RTTY' and NOT 'digital' and come to think of it...that's all it counts! See you all on RTTY vy soon my friends!
