[RTTY] ARRL Rookie Roundup RTTY warm-up exercise Thursday, August 18th

This is a great opportunity to introduce newer hams to RTTY and RTTY contesting.  If you have the opportunity to elmer a new ham on RTTY, please do so.
And please make an effort to operate the warm-up and Rookie Roundup RTTY event.
