Interested in sponsoring a plaque for the 2011 CQ WW WPX category? They can
be sponsored by providing the following information:

   - Category to be sponsored
   - Name, including call, of the sponsor to be used on the plaque

Each plaque sponsored cost $65 (US).  The funds should be sent either direct
