[RTTY] Fwd: [GreenKeys] lack of civility

The presumption seems that the person understood that it was a contest QSO
and had at least some interest in the contest. But perhaps not. Someone 
hearing
a DXpedition such as ZL8X may just call because they need ZL8 and might be
totally oblivious to the fact that ZL8X was doing contest QSOs. The number
means nothing to such a person - they just need the RST. I usually get at 
least
one call per contest from someone who has no idea that there is a contest in
progress and they just want a QSO and telling them that you are working 
contest
CQWW etc means nothing to them. Usually they can be talked into a legitimate
exchange but not always.
