[RTTY] Adding a character at end of Xmsn

In addition to adding a space at the end of a transmission,
sending a 599 or 5NN (never could figure out why some do
that on RTTY) 2 or 3 times is also a waste. I chalk it up to
those who are relatively new to RTTY contests. On CW 5NN
is OK, but only send it once. On RTTY, send a 599.

Another irritating contact is the guy who hears you calling CQ,
then pops in with his call and a report and then moves off frequency
before you reply. Geez, some peoples' kids. :)

All the same it was fun.

Comments: One of my favorite contests. I had some interruptions
early on. Had to take XYL & Daughter to airport to catch a flight to
Las Vegas. After that I took my 15 year old granddaughter out to
dinner. Of course a few naps in between operating times helped. Ten
meters was dead as usual or I missed any brief openings. My 80 meter
dipole is not in the air until the new tower is up, which should be soon.
My HF-9V vertical has a problem tuning low in the band on 80. Forty
was pretty good for me for a change. I did manage to work some DX
but nothing that I really needed. All in all it was a fun weekend. But it
will be more fun when the new tower and beam are back in operation.
