[RTTY] MMTTY AFC Bug

Dave,
Since both N1MM Logger and the MMTTY Plug-in for WriteLog have
operationally sensitive controls that turn AFC ON or OFF based
on whether the user is in "run" or "S&P" mode as well as whether
there are characters in the entry window, it would take some
significant data to show that the "MMTTY AFC bug" is really a
fault of MMTTY and not one of the host loggers or even something
that the user may be doing without realizing it.
I saw *no* anomalous AFC events in my few dozen contacts this
weekend using MMTTY 1.67A and WinWarbler.
