[RTTY] Kenwood 450 FSK

Hi Nick

You have to set the TS-450 menu to the right setting.

1.  Turn the radio off
2.  Press and hold in the M.In key and turn on the power.
3   Turn the M.CH/VFO dial to number 38
4.  Set to 'Off' by using up or down key.

By default the TS-450 is set backwards.  73
