[RTTY] RST/RPT Separator (Harvey)

This is the first contest I've been in where there were ops that ran the 
RST and RPT together.
It is confusing, and my program (old MixW) cannot grab the report 
properly, or puts the whole "599NNN" in the Rec Exch field.
I've read on here about some programs needing the hyphen between, but I 
prefer a space.  But ANYTHING is better than
running all together.

On an additional note the

was great to get the log ready to submit without fighting with the robot!
