[RTTY] NAQP RTTY Practice tonight

It wasn't that great of practice - the band conditions were very noisy.
Thanks for the few folks that gave me a bit of practice. I think I've got
all the macros running properly. Seems like the DX come out of the woodwork
when you need to practice NA ! HI
