[RTTY] who understands rtty code, strange thing happening, same characters always dropped

Make sure it is not the keyboard - can it tx macros containing those 
letters? Does the keyboard work OK with notepad?

Sounds to me like the problem is not with the keying circuit - 
probably something in the computer.
