[RTTY] Post Roundup comments

I noticed that 40 which is usually hopping on Saturday evening was very 
dead. But I had good rate on 80.  And agreed Jeff, at the last hour of the 
contest, 40 was really hopping!  I ran at a terrific rate for the last hour 
of the contest on 40.
