I don't know.  Maybe you are the first contest Q he ever made, and he 
doesn't read this reflector.

Somone once mentioned on a reflector is what they do is keep track of the 
call, and after the contest, send them an email saying 'Welcome to 
contesting' and explain the right and wrong way to do things (in a friendly 
manner of course).  Then in the next contest he would be more inclined to 
call you than if you told him he was an idiot.  IMHO.  73

"73 GL TEST" expresses the exact same sentiment 17 fewer characters
(ignoring spaces and FIGS/LTRS).  Why, in a contest, would you do the
former instead of the latter?
