[RTTY] OT LOTW

Hi All

I was trying to upload my log to LOTW after this weekends contests and got 
this error:

Signing using CALL=W7WHY, DXCC=291
Error: Certificate QSO date out of range on line 8
CALL: **** QSO_DATE: 20110108
TIME_ON: 180019
BAND: 15M
FREQ: 21.04467
FREQ_RX: 21.04467
MODE: CW

"Error: Signing aborted due to errors
Error: C:\Program Files\N1MM_CW\naqp-cw-2011.ADI: Certificate QSO date out 
of range on line 8"

I first thought it might be my certificate had expired, but it is good until 
12/12.

The constest robot accepted my log so it must be in the right format.
