[RTTY] W4BVH Beacon on 18100 kHz

Does anyone know W4BVH that can call him and ask him to turn his CW beacon off that is on 18100 kHz?

I sent him an email a few minutes ago.

His email address is on QRZ.COM if you are a member.  Please send him an email and ask him nicely to turn off his beacon.  He is
interfering with ST0R.
